askWhizz is pcm's ongoing IT support service: a Dedicated Technician, Microsoft 365 and security for businesses and homes, for one simple monthly fee. It replaces MEO Cloud Office.
askWhizz is the simplest way to have IT that works: a Dedicated Technician who knows your business or your home, one-click remote support through the askWhizz app, phone support and a technician on site when needed.
It is a service of pcm (Higher Functions, Lda), a Portuguese IT services company based in Fundão that supports homes and businesses all over Portugal and was the technical team behind MEO Cloud Office.
With MEO Cloud Office ending, customers move to askWhizz Negócio365 or Empresa365 without interruption: e-mail, Microsoft 365, backups, protection and technical support carry on with the same team, now invoiced directly by pcm.
The plans include Microsoft 365 (business e-mail on your own domain, 1 TB OneDrive, Teams and, in Empresa365, the installed Office apps), preventive services such as backups, updates and network management, professional security software and, in Empresa365, systems monitoring, PACSE security certification and cyber-event tracking through CyberEventWatch.com.
