Privacy policy

Data we collect: when you join we ask for the company name, tax number (NIF), contact name, e-mail, mobile number and postal code; for "Call me now" we only ask for your phone number. We use this data to provide the askWhizz service, invoice, contact you about your subscription and meet our legal obligations.

Payments: card and bank account details (IBAN and direct debit mandate) are entered into and handled by easypay, a licensed payment institution. pcm never receives or stores them.

Retention: we keep the data while the contract is active and afterwards for the period required by tax law. Call-back requests without a subscription are deleted after 12 months.

Your rights: you can ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or port your data, or object to its processing, by writing to info@pcm.pt. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
